Villaggio Hotel Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi

I recently stayed at this hotel and was really disappointed by the overall experience. While the location was quite nice and provided daily bottled water, the service and room quality left much to be desired. I encountered severe issues with the staff's attitude and the room I was given initially was not suitable at all. Thankfully, I did manage to switch to a better room eventually, but my first impression was quite unsettling.

My stay at this hotel was quite frustrating. The rooms were not clean and had several maintenance issues, while the service was far from satisfactory, lacking basic customer care. The location was fine, offering easy access to nearby attractions, but that didn't make up for the overall experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place based on my encounter.

I had a disappointing stay at this resort spa. The location is quite remote, which makes getting around a bit tricky, especially since the nearest bus stop is a 20-minute walk away.
